The Nutrunner

The Nutrunner is a polish tool designed to polish the aluminum around the lug nuts of a big truck wheel. If you have ever polished a truck wheel you know thats the hardest part to polish
( 6 Wheels X 10 Nuts = 60 per truck ).

Method:

  1. Place the shaft of the Nutrunner into the chuck of a drill gun.
  2. Apply polish around the lug nut.
  3. Engage the Nutrunner cone end onto the lug nut.
  4. Press the trigger for about 3-5 seconds at 300-600 RPM, using moderate pressure against the lug nut.
  5. Disengage the Nutrunner and you should see a 3/4" polished ring around the lug nut.
  6. Move on to the next lug nut and repeat the process. It's that simple, believe it!

Replacing the sewn polishing pad

Take the Nutrunner into your hands and hold it by the shaft. Fit the sewn pad over the cone end, then take the retaining ring and place it over the pad & cone, and lock into place.

Replacing the polishing pad strip

Take the Nutrunner into your hand and hold it by the shaft. Double wrap the polishing pad strip around the cone end, then take the retaining ring, and place it over the polishing strip & cone, then lock into place.
